The intersection of vertical lines through the center
of buoyancy of a floating body when it is at equilibrium
and when it is floating at an angle. The location of the
metacentre is an indication of the stability of a floating
body.
The Feldman Metacentre is designed to make document, image posting
and collection simple and quick. You will have a dedicated area
of the Metacentre where information can be posted for you with
the problems sometimes experienced with email. A username and
password will be issued to you by Feldman personnel and an automatic
email notification will arrive in your inbox when a document
has been posted ready for collection.
The Metacenter can be accessed from any computer with a net

How to use the Metacentre.
Feldman and Associates will set up an account for
you and send you a username and password.
Enter the username and password to access your area
of the Metacentre.
You will see file names next to a disc icon and
possibly a message relating to your posted file.
You can open the file within the Metacentre by double
clicking on the disc icon.
You can download a file by right clicking on the
disc icon and choosing 'save target as'
The file will then be downloaded to wherever you
direct on your hard drive or floppy.
To upload a file to the Metacentre, click the upload
link.
This will bring up a window for you to locate the
document on your computer.
Once you have located the file, select open.
The file is ready for uploading onto the Metacentre.
Repeat this for each file you need to upload. Then
click upload.
A bar will show the upload progress.
Click the email notify box to let the recipient
of your file know that something has been posted.
